"Fashion is sun to me. I can’t live without sun and I can’t live without fashion. Thinking about the benefits of the sun, we get a spectrum of beautiful views and it provides warmth. Fashion gives me lots of ideas when I see new colors or drawings. I want to show these feelings in my clothes. I want to make my clothes bright in the light of the sun. Often the sun gives off too much heat and is too harsh. Like fashion, when I am struggling with my designs I have a lot of stress, but after a cold winter, the spring sun comes out and my ideas come out. I feel so happy. Like the rhythm of sun, fashion is sun to me."

Hyemin's collection: 12. 12. Hye - A combination of youthful chic and cute casual evening wear: 12 am. 12pm. 24 hours. 'hye' means Korean sun. My collection is a story about 24 hours During the day, the sun changes: dawn, morning, afternoon, evening, and late night. My colors are inspired by different timings f sun. When you see my collection, you will notice the change of colors and how that has impacted my collection.

What about Fusion are you most excited about? "I can do it!" says the girl who came to New York for her dream. Everything is an adventure to me. With these adventures comes growth. I want to make gifts for myself and people who I love. I want to show my ability and let people know how much I love fashion. This growth couldn’t happen without people who love and support me. So, this fashion show will be a precious memory and a gift to everyone.
