"To me fashion is a necessity like eating. We crave to eat certain things like we crave to buy what is in season. Our taste bud is like our sense of style, we each have our personal taste and we dress and design to show who we are and how we want to be perceived. We all use the same materials but come out with different creative designs like same food into numerous delicious cuisines. Fashion is voice and individualism similar to how we know to season our food to the way we like it."

My collection is inspired by Mary Quant’s quote about her ginger collection back in 1960s: "I think clothes should look good from the back because that’s when people stare, when you’re back is turned." The woman I see wearing my collection is someone with high ambitions and confidence. My collection is mainly shades of blues and reds because I love the two color combinations.

What about Fusion are you most excited about? I am most excited about bonding with all the fusion designers and working together to make our show.
