What is fashion to you? I’ve always envisioned my mind as a tangled ball of yarn. For me, fashion is a method of extracting a single thread from that mental mess and using it to construct something finite and three-dimensional.

Collection: “ Bacteremia” - The presence and spread of bacteria in the bloodstream. The garments chronicle the way in which bacteria enters the body and how the septic blood is then moved through the vital organs and ultimately attacks the brain.

What/who inspires you? I am inspired by the apparent chaos and degradation of systems and processes (e.g. The human nervous system, mitosis, radioactive isotopes). I strive to create beauty and interest through the rhythm of disorder.

What does Fusion mean to you? Fusion is the first opportunity for me to exhibit my perspective as an aspiring designer; a unique and creatively unconditional platform on which to explore mediums, aesthetic parameters, and concepts independent of conventional circumstance.
